His management style of ‘hands on approach’ leaves NO ROOM for errors or MISCALCULATION. Our project involved sorting & organizing articles from a storage unit that we no longer have. We had that storage unit for about 7 years. The accumulation of everything from clothing, pictures, personal documents, books 📚 and holiday 🌲 decorations created an unbelievable amount of work. With Richard’s help we were able to Move a Mountain or reduce a Mountain to a Mole Hill. His suggestions, equipment & labor we were able to resolve our problem! “I was really happy to see a cute new tea place had opened in this plaza since the previous dessert place, Snowy Village, had closed down. This new tea cafe has been pretty popular, it seems. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming and kind! My kids and I have tried their milk boba tea and the iced lavender tea. The quality and taste are great, no complaints! I really look forward to coming back to try different varieties of their tea and latte offerings. If you are lactose intolerant like I am, opt for the oat milk substitute for their milk based drinks! “Tried this place for the first time in Honolulu. Wife and I loved it. We had the mixed matcha soft serve on waffle cones. Found out there was another location in California. We tried it here in Rowland Heights & it was just like we remembered it to be. Tasty & perfect for any matcha lovers. We particularly love the texture of the soft serve here which has a nice smooth icy texture. Not heavy on the creamy or foamy like others. The waffle cones are House made which is nice. The owner is very nice & inviting. They have a loyalty card which I got filled up. Time to get that freebie!”

I hadn’t eaten all day and was so happy you guys were open, i know right now everyone is short staffed and so the fact you were open and getting people fed was so appreciated. First off, the gentleman who helped me on the intercom was polite and efficient. Then when i got to the window i was greeted with the most beautiful smile and kind hearted young lady. I was blown away (in a good way) that 4 youngsters were running this whole restaurant! They were running and working so hard, it was awesome. I told them how much i appreciated them being there, especially on a Saturday night, and also that they were so kind & helpful. I tried to do the survey but it just kept saying my survey code was invalid and so i wanted to be sure to give them a shout out on here. Kids like that truly give me hope for the future, they couldn’t have been over 20, and yet all 4 of them were working harder than most the people i know! I asked for their names- Lauren Daniel Patrick Lauren told me she is training to be a manager and i can officially tell you, dont hesitate…. Make that girl a manager!
