“I'm beyond grateful to have found Dr. Moussai. He is extremely thorough and caring, both as a professional and on a human level. Great with meds and doesn't over prescribe. Over the five years I've seen him, any time I am struggling, he has gone above and beyond. As an introvert, therapy was at one time my biggest fear and dread. It took a monumental effort to even go through different therapists, wanting to give up, until by some stroke of luck I found Dr. Moussai. Not all psychiatrists even deal with talk therapy - some just go based on symptoms and medications. This is far from the case here; he really values his patients and getting to know them. That aspect enhances the effectiveness of treatment more than anything. He is incredibly warm, easy to talk to, and skilled; to the point where I look forward to my appointments with him. He's changed and saved my life.”

“Dr. Pat is amazing! She has been a God send with all my health concerns and conditions. Listens to me and trusts and accepts what I know and say about my body. My first appointment was a phone appointment and lasted.... 45- an hour. Going over all my diagnosis and their treatment plans. She said something that I need to remind myself when my body isnt accepting treatment as I would like. She said, "This isnt a sprint, its a marathon." She goes above and beyond for her patients. She has even given me her pritvate call number for emergencies and pressing matters. Her NP, Debra, is just as amazing and caring. I saw her for a follow up after an urgent care appointment I had. She was swift and proficient. She called me over the weekend from her private number to check on how I was feeling and how the meds were working. She told me to keep her number and call her anytime I needed to. Jill is an amazing addition to this duo! She goes above and beyond as well! Spending loads of time with me trying to assist me in finding a new GP that I like better than the one I had. Thats not her job but yet she cares and genuinely wants to help! She has been a trendious help with getting things done within this office!!! She too has given me her private number to deal with my concerns anytime they arise! I've also had the pleasure of seeing their nurse dietician. Im sorry to say I dont recall her name. She was also helpful as well. If the whole office staff was as great as these wonderful women, then I would think I had died and gone to heaven. Unfortunately, it is far from the case. The rest of the office staff seems to be.... lacking. Weather it be from lack of care for their patients or lack of adequate staffing, communication, promptness and thoroughness is often times completely missing. As I read from a previous review, I believe my concerns are due to a influx of new patients with Covid. Overall the level of CARE is above par at this office and I plan to stay as long as the care stays the same. It should also be noted that the office staff/communication issues are being addressed from what ive been told and seeing their ATTEMPTS.”

“If I could give Dr Barakat 10 stars, I would! If you’re a patient of hers, you’re lucky. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her expertise in the field of endocrinology is outstanding. I went to her with a thyroid issue that I was really concerned about and she, not only reassured me and put me at ease, but everything unfolded exactly the way she said it would, and I’m all better. She even took the time to call me back between her own appointments when I was worried about something. She made sure to be over cautious by providing all the diagnostic tools available. Also, big shout out to Donna at the front desk; she’s efficient, on the ball, runs that office like a well oiled machine, and is always pleasure to deal with!”
