“Had my tax person since I've been paying taxes. Tax person unable to do my taxes this year due to illness so Mr. Habib was recommended by a friend of a friend. We talked over the phone and I explained my tax needs because along with rental property I also sold a property during the year too. I signed on with Mr. Habib and sent all pertinent paperwork to Mr. Habib. He said it will tax approximately 3-5 days to complete and if he had any questions he would contact me by phone or email (since they practice covid safety). I was contacted a couple times which I appreciate due to using his services for the first time I didn't know what to expect on the outcome of my filing. A few days later I was sent the finished draft which I was very pleased. “This has been a great storage facility overall. The hours that units are accessible are very flexible (6 a.m. - 10 p.m.), and the facility is very clean and secure, with air conditioning always working well. The only downside is the frequent price increases, but unfortunately this seems to be pretty standard for this industry.
