“Great place to take kids for a train ride. Was there 3/20/2021 for the 2pm . The train ride was nice with the exception of only seeing trees most of the ride. The stop at willow was very quick and not enough time to really see all the equipment and cars. I would hope that they will receive funding to organize everything and maybe make it so that you can ride the train to willow and maybe spend an hour or so while the train waits or leaves to pick up the next group of visitors. This place has great potential to be a much better museum to visit. I'm not complaining just giving my opinion of what this museum could be. At the time we visited it felt like a family run attraction.”

I'm so picky about paying money for a service that should be done right & she did not disappoint at all. I even let her have free range on what my nail design should be & it came put sooooooo beautiful. I'm a truck driver so this will always be my one & only place I get my nails done. Period! “Inscription: This Cemetery, earlier known as Morningside Cemetery, is the oldest non-sectarian cemetery in San Fernando Valley. It was used from the early 1800's until 1939. It was legally abandoned in 1959. In this same year Mrs. Nellis S. Noble donated the site in memory of the pioneers of San Fernando as a Pioneer Memorial Park.”

“This places is the bomb! Definitely worth the time to learn a bit about the Valley and Southern California pop culture. Outstanding displays featuring the Valley's history in the filming of Western movies and TV shows, and the aviation industry in Burbank & Van Nuys. Don't forget to check out the free to play pinball machines and video games. Plan on spending a couple of hours taking s look at all the memorabilia.”

“I've lived in LA for 8 years and just now experienced this area. This area is part of a great network of trails that would take many visits to fully explore. The actual base is open to everyone and has picnic areas, restrooms and drinking fountains. But the best part is the 360 degree view. You can see the entire San Fernando Valley, the ocean, West Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles and the peaks of the San Gabriel Mountains. So beautiful.”

“I was fortunate to visit this incredible museum before they closed for the season earlier in the winter. It was off the beaten path and my relatives who lived in the area had never been there. Still, I decided to make the trip and it was well worth the drive! Vintage cars and organs aren’t a typical coupling but it works here. The history of auto manufacturing and sales along with the stories attached to their impressive collection on orchestrions, nickelodeons and organs gives a glimpse into the greater history of the turn of the last century and its innovations. Staged in the opulence and polish of a vintage dealership, it isn’t hard to imagine the pomp and circumstance that was car purchasing. No balloons or massive sale signs...all marble, mirrors and grand staircases. The docents there were so informative I actually started taking notes. Car and/or music enthusiasts will love this place but I urge anyone interested in the history of our country to make the trip if they are anywhere in the L.A. area.”

“On a recruiting trip to UCLA, I realized I had a little time for myself, so I went to The Getty to see Vincent van Gogh’s “Irises” painting. After seeing some pf his other paintings, I really wanted to see this one. Its size surprised me though. It was so small, but The Getty had it displayed so we could get close enough to really see it and yet it was protected too.”

“I love this FREE art museum! The architecture, garden, and grounds are beautiful, and that is just the beginning. Once you enter the museum, the amount of spectacular paintings, sculptures, and other art pieces is just amazing! I went here for a birthday trip with friends, and it was perfect. If you have the chance, go! It was such an amazing experience and I can't wait to go back. ♥️????”

“This is the perfect place for sunset viewing. There's a mile or so sidewalk with public seating or you can choose to wait on the low wall. Parking by meter, it's not overwhelmingly pack, however, summer should be. The beach have plenty of space to settle down and run around to play. If you plan to visit, Please be courteous and clean up after yourself and around yourself. Common courtesy apply, sorry I have to say it because I feel nowadays, some people just don't care to have common courtsey and respect for parks, beach and mother nature.”

“I have done 7 of the 21 missions now. This has to be my second best so far. Love that the museum has plenty to see with many artifacts and history. The mission is extremely well kept and I also have to say the gift shop has very reasonable prices on gifts. The church itself is very pretty and the centerpieces and paintings are beautiful. Definitely worth the $5 admission price.”
