Great place to live, new renovations, and great management. Would recommend to anyone??

Loving the new changes that are being done to this park. New owners and Property Management are working very hard to turn this place around. With all the new upgrades that are coming, I am very excited to see it when it is finished.

The park is looking so much better. The owner/managers have started demolishing the old homes out here and started putting in newer homes and remodeling inside and outside! They have started removing the old trees and trimming the low laying branches. There is a new fence around the property front as well. I can't wait to see the results.

Read through reviews and I will agree with 90percent, however there is a new owner and he is a paramedic of real estate turning run down dumpy trailer parks into safe, family friendly, hardworking Mobile home communities.... new management great new attitude...affordable housing in convenient location. The improvements and amenity upgrades have begun and I look forward to seeing the improvements.

Loving the new changes that they are making. It use to be a rundown park but new owners are constantly upgrading! I see in the next few months it will be an awesome place to live.

Jorge was quick and efficient, and explained everything I needed/wanted to know about my new faucet. The office staff is helpful and actually answers the phone promptly!

We have used this company twice now and both times were great experiences. They are easy to work with, honest. This past week we had Jorge and Bernie out. They assessed and fixed our issue in less than 2 hours. Reasonably priced as well. Will be calling them for any future needs!

A1 Speedy Rooter & Plumbing were great! They were responsive, timely, and resolved the issue I was having with my water heater, and even caught something that the previous plumber I had look at it missed. They explained everything clearly, and were just overall really helpful. Highly recommended!

Easy to schedule using the Yelp messaging, very knowledgeable, fair pricing, and honest. He was happy to work around my dogs, which makes it easier for me. I'm glad I found my forever plumber.
