“I had a very bad experience in June of 2020, with the office staff regarding my 1st in person visit since my surgery. I received a voice message the night before my visit saying that their office no longer is contracted with my insurance so they were cancelling my appointment. I was so upset, that I called the 1st thing the next morning and asked why I did not receive any notification prior to the day before my appointment. The receptionist was rather curt and said it wasn't their responsibility to inform me, but my insurance's. That didn't make me feel any better or more knowledgeable on how to rectify this problem. I left a poor review regarding the office staff and Dr. Farjoodi and his office manager called me the next morning!! I really didn't think they read their reviews, but he does because he cares. He immediately got me in for a visit at no charge to me. I can't thank everyone at Coastline Orthopedic for taking action in my best interest. I had recently had neck surgery in Feb. and Dr. Farjoodi was my surgeon. He is an excellent Dr. and has much knowledge regarding the spine and neck. I had 2 previous surgeries on my spine by Dr. Farjoodi and I'm doing much better and can walk again! I recommend Dr. Farjoodi's office to anyone because they really do care about you and your health”

Next, he was my father's doctor when he was forced to live with a catheter, and a very trying time was handled with patience and care, and empathy. He's also helped myself and another family member with bladder issues. He's patient, really kind, helps you get through some embarrassing tests and procedure with kindness and a gentle spirit. His staff is so professional, and nice. They are always willing to go above and beyond. During the times with my dad, I had to call them all the time, and his assistant never minded my many hysterical phone calls. I can't recommend him enough for all issues regarding kidney and bladder issues. He's right on top of all the latest treatments, and is so patient and listens! ”

He doesn't believe in back braces for any reason. Says use weakens the back . I think a back brace will allow me to do more with less pain. Also won't raise my dose of methadone for pain above the bare minimum 5mg dose. He specializes in geriatric medicine and I am hoping that he can help me. And while in surgery the head of surgery at the hospital was chatting with my dad. He said I could not have been in better hands and had the best.”
