“I have a story to tell about my encounters with the Mattress Outlet. Over the years since 2010, I have purchased 2 mattresses, 1 night stand and my most recent purchase my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. The couch was on the showroom floor. I fell in love with it! I shopped around (because that's what I do) and found out that no other furniture stores large or small sold this brand. As other store owners and sales people told me, "you have to be pretty high end to have a Flex Steel contract." One popular furniture store was only contracted to sell the recliner chair. I said all that to say this. I keep returning to Mattress Outlet, because of the customer service, and the one of a kind furniture. Ramesh and his sales people feel like family to me. Even the delivery guys are great! Ramesh made sure I got my beautiful furniture before Thanksgiving. Oh and I bought the love seat, chair and ottoman sight unseen. I will be back, I am sure and they know it. Thanks Ramesh and the crew! The furniture is Flex Steel, Jade Series, dark grey in color. The quality is superior.”

“Excellent customer service. I stopped into this establishment to check their rates and availability. Staff were so pleasant and welcoming that I decided to put a deposit on a unit. I moved in months later and was pleasantly surprised to get the same level of great customer service, even though there was a new staff member. The manager (lady) who assisted me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The unit I initially selected looked differently so I wanted to see other options. She showed me at least two additional units and was willing to clean one out within a day if I selected it. My lock was too small, so she loaned me a bigger one until I returned the next day with my own lock. I appreciate all that she did to ensure I was completely satisfied. “I love this store for the fact that you can find just about any nerd thing you could want there, and if it's not there they can usually order it for you. It's not "kid friendly" in that there's all kinds of stuff that kids will be interested in right in reach, and most of it is expensive.
