Great place to bring kids to learn about preserving the environment. Every exhibit is a lesson.
Nice shark exhibit. Have a lot of feeding times for turtles and sharks to watch. Eagle exhibit is kinda cool when they feed them. Wish they talked about WWI gun powder place.
This place is a refuge for wildlife in San Diego that live in a wetland. It is very important that we protect this place. There are many animals that live there that are endangered species. This place has nice trails to walk on and explore. The Living Coast is also located in this refuge. I highly recommend going to walk around this refuge and going to the Living Coast discovery center.
This is an incredible spot to get away and unwind. Spend a couple hours here and forget about the rest of the world. The scenery is awesome and the staff is very well versed on the place and happy to answer any questions you may have. Family friendly place to spend the afternoon.
