“I have had a horrible experience on the phone with T-Mobile’s customer care trying to get a hefty refund that was due to me. I had no luck, so I went into this store and I had, by far, the best customer service ever. Melanie, Maya, Mike, and Carlos have had my back on the issue I had and worked with me for HOURS to find a solution. They easily could’ve sent me away or had my call customer care but they went above and beyond and patiently solved my issue without hesitation. I honestly wanted to switch to a different carrier from my issues with T-Mobile’s customer care, but this store has an amazing customer service and welcome all your concerns with arms wide open. If you ever have an issue, come here to get it resolved. Love, love, love this location and how hard they worked for me!”

“I came into this store for the first time on a whim after work this evening.. Not only does it have a HUGE selection of all kinds of items and GREAT prices, but this location also has SUPER friendly staff! After wandering around, checking everything out (to my surprise what felt like mere minutes, actually turned out to be an hour!) I went to the register to check out... I work in customer service and deal with all sorts of clients bringing their beloved fur children into the vet hospital, I believe in giving everyone nothing less then the best service and going the extra mile... When it comes to customer service, I am not easily impressed as I have very high standards.. The gal at the register this evening definitely took my already fun experience here and made it a GREAT one.. She was extremely nice, friendly, smiling, made sure I had found everything I was needing, got me set up for the rewards card.. It may not sound like much to some people, but if you are in customer service, you'll understand... Thank you Shelly for making my experience this evening a memorable one and for your wonderful service, I will definitely be back for some more shopping at this store!!!”

While other locations will mess up an order and then shrug at you when you want them to fix it, this location will fix the mistakes of other locations and not just their own. Staff is mostly friendly and they try their best to be prompt even when flooded. Only go here now over other nearby locations.”

I’ve gone to other places like Walgreens and must have been bad timing I guess because they were unable to fill my prescriptions (I have a couple that are controlled per the DEA). The app works great and text notification keep me in the loop when it’s time to pick up. Friendly staff and informative pharmacy department.”
