  Both knowledgeable and helpful haven't been disappointed yet. I was having trouble with numbness in my hands bought ergonomic grips from here but only helped a little then young salesman suggested raising my bars. This was the answer. If you're retirement age and have this experience visit Omega they'll fix you up. Made a world of difference for me.

  The valve stem of my inner tube starts leaking as we were heading out for a ride late in the afternoon / early evening. My wife calls around to find most shops closed but Omega says come on over, we'll fix it right now. 15 minutes later the inner tube is changed out and we're all set. They were courteous, polite, competent and very reasonably priced. This is the kind of shop that should be supported, I highly recommend them.
