Melanie, Maya, Mike, and Carlos have had my back on the issue I had and worked with me for HOURS to find a solution. They easily could’ve sent me away or had my call customer care but they went above and beyond and patiently solved my issue without hesitation. I honestly wanted to switch to a different carrier from my issues with T-Mobile’s customer care, but this store has an amazing customer service and welcome all your concerns with arms wide open. I came here because I was looking for a place where I could become calm and regain strength. I have suffered from back pain and also had my body rather depleted after a negative reaction from a commonly prescribed antibiotic. This place helped me regain power over my mind and body once again. I've never had such personal growth at any other class I've been to. Not only does it have a HUGE selection of all kinds of items and GREAT prices, but this location also has SUPER friendly staff! After wandering around, checking everything out (to my surprise what felt like mere minutes, actually turned out to be an hour!) I went to the register to check out... I work in customer service and deal with all sorts of clients bringing their beloved fur children into the vet hospital, I believe in giving everyone nothing less then the best service and going the extra mile... When it comes to customer service, I am not easily impressed as I have very high standards.. The gal at the register this evening definitely took my already fun experience here and made it a GREAT one.. She was extremely nice, friendly, smiling, made sure I had found everything I was needing, got me set up for the rewards card.. It may not sound like much to some people, but if you are in customer service, you'll understand...
