“I was enrolled in Michele’s Silver Sneakers class at Nimble Monkey Fitness, and when that class couldn’t continue, I switched to personal training with her. I loved the Silver Sneakers experience, but personal training with Michele tops it. She’s very sensitive to where I am at any point in the workout and always knows what I should do next to deal with how I am feeling or doing at any point. The workouts leave me energized, if not sometimes a bit tired from all the activity, and when I’m done I’m ready for the rest of the day. My balance, flexibility and strength have improved significantly over Silver Sneakers levels, and Michele keeps pushing me to improve even more.
