“Hector came over he did the job and we watched a bit of the chivas game. Go Chivas. I wanted him to stay and hang out and drink a brewski with me and the boys but point is he’s very profesional. “I enjoyed my time in this outlet. It was mine and my moms first time going to a goodwill outlet. I’d have to say it was fun. I was there from 2-4pm digging through bins, overall we left with a total of 50-55 things, we lost count. We paid $16 something for everything. We favorite finds from today are a cool horoscope tapestry, Tory Burch pants, gap jacket, banana republic pants/skirts, Express jeans, some 7 jeans, linen jacket/ shirts , some curtains, and a chaps wool suit set. Not everything fits people in my family, bummer. But it was worth paying for to take home. I’d be interested in going to an outlet that mainly has shoes, idk if goodwill has that. The security was kind, workers didn’t say much, they just looked well worked& the workers pushing the bins away were polite. I recall a lady that asked me if I already looked through the wall bins a couple times before pulling them away, I appreciated that. Mom and I took care of some Christmas shopping. I have some give aways for some friends. I am sure I will soon become a regular. I am usually at swap meet weekly looking for some nice clothing finds, goodwill outlet might be better. I think it would be advisable to get there right at 12:30 to get better pickings, I personal wouldn’t pay $1 per item in the mornings, I enjoy treasure hunting.”

“Went here during the COVID-19 reopening and they properly handled the process with extreme care with social distancing. They checked everyone at the door with a temp check then I went in where Rosa greeted me and offered to help me. Even though it was a busy weekend, she managed to take care of the incoming customers as well as helped me with some questions I had with the options they offered. She helped me purchase the furniture (being extremely informative but not pushy at all). She genuinely wanted to help. After I got whatever I needed she kept in touch with me to ensure my couch was delivered on time and when I needed to reschedule the delivery, she gladly helped. She’s very responsive. Even when I needed a refund because the couch I chose couldn’t fit through my door, she made sure I got in touch with the right people because customer care had hour long wait times. Even though I didn’t get my couch, I’m definitely comfortable going back for other furniture because I know they provide personal assistance and not try to make you buy things just for the sake of it. Thank you Rosa and the Chula Vista team for being very helpful. Will definitely go back for those accent chairs I spotted. :)”
