“Had a great time at their Christmas in the park celebration with my family. It’s amazing how they can compact so much into that little park and the steam train is just the cherry on top! Or should I say the star on top. There was a great turn out by all the vendors even though a lot of them were basically advertisement booths, they were tastefully done. All the food vendors did a great job as well. I had never been in that little museum there. They had a display of vintage Christmas items was great. I understand they’re going to have another event on 16 December, will try to make that one as well and this time will get there a little early so we can catch a ride on the “hayride”. Overall, a great place to kick off the holiday season, get in the festive spirit. You just might bump into some old friends and make new ones. “Steve says”, definitely worth the few hours spent there. Even got to toss a couple of pebbles in the creek that was running from the bridge.”
