We were looking for an Italian restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious paired with wine. We also got tiramisu for dessert. The staff is friendly and there was love music and serenading haha. What a nice surprise! Will definitely come back again
All the foods were amazing. Feel like very authentic Italian food. Hard to reproduce this taste at home. Worth to go.
At dinner time( maybe only weekend?) they also gave us the singing performance by an Italian gentleman.
Terrific Italian food on the busy Castro St. They have wonderful al fresco dining, we went on a Friday evening and it was a beautiful day to sit outside and enjoy the delicious food. Plenty of seating both indoors and outside.
Their complimentary bread and oil was better than most I've tasted, ate quite a few of those! I got the gnocchi al pesto while my friends got fettuccine alla diavola, chicken parmesan, and penne con pollo. We all really enjoyed our dishes from start to finish. The only reason I'm docking 1 star is for the service. Our waiter took quite a while after seating us, and we never felt properly attended to, even though they weren't too busy. Perhaps it was a one off because otherwise this is a wonderful restaurant!
I love it. I have visited This place many times and I never forget to order Apple Strudel. Must try dessert. I like the service, food and the atmosphere they create. They are very humble. I personally like the person who sings. He is amazing. Allan is also lovely person.
Really good food and service.
Great:
1. The oil dipping served with the Bread basket, yum.
2. Caprese was fresh.
3. Ravioli tasted amazing.
Not so great:
1. Chicken was a bit overcooked (but I always say, its better to eat overcooked Chicken than undercooked one).
2. The layered cake had a little too much of baking powder in it. (I know this because my wife bakes really amazing cakes and I'm the one who usually taste it :P)
We were pretty comfortable sitting outside even though it was a bit chilly and there was a drizzle. All thanks to really powerful heaters they had installed outside.
