“One of the best places with an excellent price-per-benefits ratio (based on analysis of surroundings, complex's territory, flats options and window views, special offerings, and some other factors I used, which will be described below). Located in 5 minutes of walk to Berryessa BART station and within minutes availability of pharmacy, supermarket, lots of cafes and shops, and own underground parking. A gym with a variety of exercise equipment is at the residents' service. Of course, it is very good in comparison with other gyms in living complexes, but it is not yet a professional gym. :) The pool and jacuzzi are clean and cozy. Washing and drying machines are inside the flats, which is a plus. The territory is fenced. Professional and friendly personnel. “From my experience, I don't think this location deserve a 1 star. I picked up medicine for about 10 times here. There was once that I waited for about 5 hours. Other times, it is ready in around 2 hours. Just make sure you checked with app/website/phone call before you go. I called about 3 times. Every time it is picked up within 3 mins.”
