“We were turned on to this place by a colleague who had indicated that it had fantastic ice cream. after a meal at the orchard City kitchen this is now my go-to spot for a unique brand of ice cream. It very much is a gourmet ice cream shop, or at least what my taste buds think is a gourmet ice cream experience. this is largely because the flavors and combinations of ice cream that it offers is very unique and even those that may have a established commercial counterpart such as toasted almond has a unique flavor and spin on how it is composed and created. Their ice cream combinations are daring unique and special. and I can say that you will likely get a taste of ice cream that you've likely not experienced before in a good way. The shop offers classic ice cream configuration such as cones and sundaes and even offers floats. However it is surprising that they do not offer shakes. There are also some date food offerings in addition to the ice cream. They have a good amount of flavors to offer numbering somewhere around 20 or so at any given time and the flavors do rotate with old favorites coming back and new ones coming in every now and then. Definitely worth a try if you want a new ice cream experience.”

“My wife and I had been shopping for a new refrigerator for several months in anticipation that our 20+ year old GE was going to call it quits at any time. We'd visited all the Big Box stores and several appliance centers in our search for the right unit at the right price. Little did we expect that our microwave would die and our dishwasher would develop a leak, but that's exactly what happened right at the end of 2018. So we opted to purchase a full set of new appliances, including a new refrigerator and electric range even though both were still operating. Our last stop was Airport Appliance on Bascom Ave. in San Jose. After walking around the store a bit we were approached by our sales rep, Rickey Peter. We had some definite ideas on brand, but were concerned about the size (for the refrigerator), the model, the features and, of course, the price. Rickey escorted us around the store, pointed out the attributes of certain brands and models, presented us with options and even gave us a package of specifications for each of the four appliances. When it got down to the price, Rickey worked with us, helping us meet our objectives and stay on budget. We weighed our decision overnight and went back the next day to place our order. Since the fridge we wanted was out of inventory, we had to wait a bit for delivery. And while we did hit a bump in the road with the initial delivery, Rickey and the team at Airport worked with us to get our delivery as quickly as possible. Rickey was very helpful in following up and getting all that we needed done. Our experience was excellent.”
