Sears did that I told my coworker and he used to work for Sears at that store. He said the bosses came in to fire everyone over five years senyority. He had 25 years. Well welcome to Sears, Kmart and all the others that have fallen or will . 25 years guy was making millions for the store, he knew contractors, and business owners they came to see his teammates and I'm talking they came from different states. So big wigs came and said we're making money now your bye bye. Sears outlet in fremont is still support you. He made good money for the sevenths and eighty's kids college paid in full. House paid for. Why don't the big bosses understand? Mr Buffet is not stupid. It's not something in the drinking water, he understands what is what interpersonal relationships build strong relationships. Maybe they don't teach that in business ethics class. “I was told via email that the hours were 7AM to 7PM. I tried to arrive at opening time and discovered by looking at the sign on the door that the hours were 8AM to 5PM. I left and decided to return in the afternoon, but wanted to call first to double check the opening hours since driving there is a 30 minute trip for me. I called about 10 times between 10AM and 2PM and no one answered the phone. I decided to take my chances and go anyway, luckily they were open. Staff was great once I was there and I didn't have to wait long.”
