After going to see a physical therapist for a couple weeks I still wasn’t feeling much better. I decided to go see Daniel and in the first training he was able to help me more than in all the combined physical therapy appointments I had previously had. He was able to to determine what muscles where affected just by the way the muscles felt. The physical therapist would continuously ask, “does this hurt?” But Daniel was able to tell what was wrong without even having to ask. His knowledge is incredible and I would recommend him to anyone!”

He is willing to help you in any way, from developing workouts to spotting you if your gym partner stood you up. The instructors are also exceptional, they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of classes throughout the day which are all fun, exciting, and challenging. I don’t feel out of place like I’m just going to the gym as a chore, I feel like I’m going to workout with friends because the members are equally kind and respectful.
