“This place was amazing :) I had never tried a hot stone session before and I am very happy I did! I was a bit hesitant due to the temperature but everything went great and my session was so relaxing. I was even given a towel set and robe to change into for my session. The best part of my experience was laying in the stone room. The stones felt so warm and the relaxing music made me feel very at peace. Then right before my session was over I was given eucalyptus towel to help me transition and cool down and it felt amazing!”

Prior to that, I was taking classes at my gym including GST, Cycle, Kickboxing and Yoga but that didn't seem to be coming back any time soon and a personal trainer felt like a good solution. Over the past several months, Casey has consistently pushed me to develop my strength in workouts that are always interesting and varied. As a trainer should, he challenges me and yet, I don't hate him. Working with Casey as my personal trainer is a valuable service for me that is totally worth it.”

The focus is on athletics so the workout sets focus on strength building and range of motion. You're not going to miss leg day here.
