“it was very nice that a room popped open with two beds that I was looking for and that I got kicked out of my other room sold before I arrived with a reservation and this hotel had something that became available although there was one towel in the room for a two bed three people staying no coffee cups and after waking up the next morning we asked for more towels but housekeeping could not understand and I had to go down to the front desk for coffee cups. oh yeah and as I left this review and posted it I actually leaned on a plastic knife and mustard underneath the bed sheets not impressed”

“The staff here was so good. My husband is a Hyatt Globalist and we stay at Hyatt Place a lot. It was very clean. It is getting a little dated and worn out but it's still safe, clean and comfortable. I recommend Hyatt get this place back up to Hyatt standards. Excellent breakfast and breakfast staff. Would stay here again.”

“I have bought and traded cars for decades. South Hills Kia gave me the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Shawn worked hard for a week dealing with me over the phone. When I got there Lou helped us in Finance. He has a ton of experience in the car industry. I had never been in a dealership and not had to fight for SOMETHING, until South Hills Kia. They gave me 300 dollars MORE than I wanted for my trade in. I told them they were allowed to upsell me on Gap Insurance, they said "you don't need it". My jaw dropped opened, literally. The dealership industry would sell snake oil to their own mothers. So it took A LOT of integrity to transact business that way. Before I signed papers, they took 1 percentage point off of my loan too. I know its a gimmick, but it worked on me. I am telling all of my friends and family to go to South Hills Kia ! I'll be back.”

The bus station is right on the corner, and BART is a short walk away, giving you access to the rest of Oakland and the surrounding areas. “My partner and I are full-time RV'ers and have been on the road almost 3 years. We've seen a lot of RV parks/resorts, and one thing we've realized is how the park is run, and it's staff, is a huge key to a nice stay. Michelle has been so amazing and runs this park like a pro. She was kind, and enforced all of the rules that ensures a nice stay. We've extended our 1 month stay twice due to how well this park is run; we intend to stay longer and return next fall/winter! The maintenance guys are always friendly and on top of reported problems and they keep the grounds in nice shape. If, by chance, the leadership of this park is listening; you have a great staff here at Santa Fe and I welcome a call from the ownership to discuss how well your staff is doing. On that note, it is not the quietest place, but the location cannot be beat for all that San Diego has to offer. The laundry room is modern, clean, and has newer machines. I highly recommend a stay here. Have a great day!”

All the management and staff are very helpful and they brightened up my day with their ready greeting and smile!! With the length of my stay there, I considered them as family. Special mention to Mr. Dave Love, the Sales Manager, for ALL his help and assistance. My stay here was the biggest highlight of my temporary move to Charlotte.”
