“Great casino. The pool and rooms are amazing. This casino in my opinion has one of the best suites in all of California. Their food such as the Buffet, Steakhouse, fast foods, and gift shops are great. Highly recommended coming here. One problem though, if you are under 18 you will not be able to enter the casino to where the main area after 10 PM without a parent/guardian.”

The front desk staff are sweet and kind and most importantly they work with you if you need to extend or just need extra time to check out or check in early. The entire staff including Sonny the head of maintenance will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Even though they are under construction, our stay was pleasant and our room was comparable to a 1 bdrm apartment which was perfect❤😊”

There are six residents who reside in a single family home where everything from cooking, laundry, medication administration and activities of daily living service is provided here. It's a much better alternative than in a nursing home where every shift, you have someone new coming in, providing sub par care with no accountability. Definitely, consider board n care as an alternative to placing your loved one in a nursing home.”

“This place is a gem and I'm actually reluctant to recommend it because I almost prefer to keep it to myself. However, it is too great not to be shared. The location is excellent for Venice beach and boardwalk because it's right on both and just far away from the noisy parts to be quiet at night. Not all rooms are created equal and I highly recommend upgrading if possible. Mid October is my favorite time to visit here because its typically still warm but not too hot and the summer crowds are long gone.”

“Pretty nice hotel. We stayed for a few weeks and had 3 different rooms. The suites were nice and roomy but the carpets were very dirty. Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating. They have a pool and on sight laundry. The continental breakfast is alright but very busy most of the morning.”

“After a grueling experience at a facility in Fullerton, we were fortunate enough to find The Cottage. From the beginning this facility was welcoming and full of energy. I toured many facilities and it was clear to me that this place was different. The staff is friendly and always busy but never too busy to help a resident or visitor. The administration has been flexible and compassionate regardless of the issues that have come up with my mom's move. The med techs are so attentive and approachable. They build relationships with the residents and differentiate their care according to their needs. In addition, they seem to go beyond the needs of the residents. They welcome families and visitors and make us feel like we are a part of one big family. This facility might not seem as fancy as other places at first sight but believe me, it's a treasure.”
