“Can I do more than 5 stars. This place is amazing. So much to do for everyone. They have 2 pool areas. The kids one connects to the recreation room with a snack bar. They have play areas, volleyball, tennis, trails. You know it They have it. Movie night for the kids is so much fun especially under the clear skies you can see the stars so bright. Each weekend night they had music from cover bands to dj to karaoke. All family friendly. Everyone is friendly. Only thing I would say is it could use a few updates. But recommend it to everyone. It's definitely a memorable experience for everyone.”

“The staff is alright the rooms are fairly big and the keys are tge old style no key cards i lime and prefer it this way. The wifi signal is really weak but over all not bad for a 70 dollar room but they dont do weekly rates and i wish they did .”

“The room was pretty good and had everything needed for a good hotel room and all devices were working well. The air conditioner was good and the refrigerator in the room is a bigger one, not the really small mini fridge. We got the king size bed with our room which also had this mini couch seat and coffee table the lighting was good in the room and the TV also had a few channels. Everything was cleaned and sanitized and the room also has a microwave. Towels were also clean and three location is quiet overnight. We parked directly next to our hotel room. The parking is free. Free wifi included with the room. Also, the manager is friendly and there is no room deposit required for the reservation, I'm not sure if that's because I paid with a bank card for my reservation.”

“I live here, the longest I have been in one place in the past 20 years. Because it is in the country, the air is clear and my health improved since being here. The park is rebuilt from the fire storms in 2007... If you are looking for a comfortable place to call home that is affordable, this is it. Swimming pool, country living, and enough room to have a garden. :)”

“It was definitely built for a different era. But what it lacks in amenities it makes up for in necessities. The room has a small fridge and a microwave oven. It's a place to crash for the night. There's no work space, not even a phone to call the front desk. If you're picky and want room service this place is not for you. If you're looking for a reasonable room for a reasonable rate then yeah. You're like me. It serves its function well.”

“My father lived here for over 10 years. He loved everything about it. I was his caretaker for the last 3 years of his life as he had terminal cancer. The rules on parking and yard upkeep were very stricked but I am not complaining. As those stricked rules are what keeps the place so nice. The management did change a couple of times but the level of outstanding work from those people never faltered. They are good people with excellent work ethics and the management should be recognized for their outstanding contributions. I highly recommend this RV park to anyone who can manage to be patient on the RV waiting list especally if you plan to stay for an extended period of time. All of the Amenities make it a very convenient place to live and the community is so friendly it's great. They even have 2 car washing stalls as well as access to yard tools and lawn mowers hedge trimmers and edgers. The laundry Matt even had clothes lines for your clothes that you don't want in dryer to air dry!! I can't even think of any way this place could be improved. I will miss going there to visit and care for my father as he made some very nice friends who were so helpful and showed genuine concern for a sick old man. They will be missed.”

“So far the best RV Park/Resort we’ve been to. Beautiful grounds. Clean restrooms/showers. Sites are HUGE. There’s a well stocked 24 hr mini mart at the gas station. The resort functions like an independent city, it has its own resources. Never had a noise issue as DPS patrols there. There’s an overflow parking lot unrelated to the resort. We overnighted there one time when it was full. In the A.M. security came by and we simply told them we had reservations that day which check in time was 2 p.m. and there was no problem. The front desk girls were very helpful with future reservations. Didn’t bother with the casino however though they have very frequent shuttles running there. Will be back for sure.”

“My daughter just had her wedding here and it was BEAUTIFUL!!! We had to relocate her ceremony to the golf course area due to excessive rain causing the grass area to be soggy but I am SO glad we did because the golf area was unbelievably green and gorgeous!!! The cocktail hour back by the lake was breathtaking. The food was delicious and fresh and guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. We did not expect the level of quality for such a large party (150) but the chefs/servers did an incredible job!!! The property is quaint, clean, and comfy. I want to come back to enjoy a stay with poolside or lake view 😍 Overall, beautiful, gorgeous, accommodations and I highly recommend!!!”

“I have so much appreciation for what Chelsea has done with this, once fated to fall apart, property. Super cozy interior, excellent color palette, excellent amenities, overall very restful and joyful experience. I am glad we have discovered this gem when looking for a place to stay near Sierra Hot Springs. It was raining outside but The Gilded Drifter was a perfect refuge for the night. I recommend bringing your food and using the full kitchen on premises over a restaurant in town. Definitely coming back.”

Staff and management are great...dont be ignorant...then you'll have a good seat in the grass field to watch a great Pixar movie in the summer time.”

“Avalon Mobile home estates Park is not half bad. I think it's in a pretty good location 😉 there's a school around the corner and a small supermarket called sail. About a 15-minute walk to the closest bus stop. This is no joke... It's about a 15-20 minute walk from three separate types of churches. An Adventist, Catholic, and I think a Lutheran maybe Baptist Church. The Mobile home estates Park itself seems to be well maintained.”
