“This is one of 3 SVRA's that are reasonably accessible from the Bay Area with a variety of terrains, difficulties and opportunities to have some serious fun along the way. This places is definitely your more drier/dustier type conditions, so the best time to go is after there's been a little rain which dampens the dusty and turns the dirt into perfect grip. Other than that the main benefit of this place is the huge hill climbs and plenty of off-trail riding you can do. Great place to bring the kids with lots of open areas to ride and decent camping.”

I had blowout on US1, night before, first thing in AM. I called. They ordered a new tire, it was in that afternoon. It took 35 min. And they checked other 3 tires.. Always a great experiences deal with them.”

“My first contact was with Mack who was very accommodating / flexible with the dates I wanted to stay at the hotel. My second contact was Alejandro who greeted me with open arms. Made sure my room was ready and comfortable. He was always available for any questions. Rooms are clean and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel is an experience in itself - your imagination will take you back to the gold rush days. Last but NOT LEAST - this hotel is connected to one of the BEST family restaurants I have ever been to. Burke Family Restaurant has the best SERVICE and FOOD you will ever experience. Plus - meet Dennis at the piano in the bar, what a guy. He can manage those ivories like Beethoven and is accompanied by one of the best saxophone players ever. “Trina and Cello are truly so amazing and helpful. If I could give them six stars I would. Their place is admittedly small, but it is cozy and for the price it is a complete steal. I saved a lot while staying with Trina and a Cello, and I enjoyed my time here. I leave in a couple days but I’ve been here for the past few and they have been absolutely lovely to me and so kind! Wonderful hosts, tasteful and well cared for home, and a good location to commute from.”

“Ordered the Blue German & a tot-fry mixer. Bratwurst 🌭 good. It had coleslaw on top, which was good and not overpowering but I wish I had ordered sauerkraut instead. The fries were delicious and the tots too maybe a bit over salted. Next time I will ask for a minimal amount of salt put on my tater tot-french fry mixture. But the place is very clean and the ambience was good & the stuff was very chill and you can tell they take food very serious. I do wonder if the meat is grass fed beef, free range chicken, happy pig, organic gmo not sure but that would be a slamming touch to this line of hometown barbecue!”

“Great location-walking distance to Amaheim convention centre. Nice to have bunk beds for kids, but beds not too comfortable. Room cleanliness not great. A/C unit super dusty. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Wasn't expecting housecleaning during our stay, but beds made, fresh towels a couple of times was appreciated. Always prefer breakfast to be included with hotel stay. Luckily Costco not too far away.”
