“Very well kept park. It has a playground area for kids, see photos. Weekends have a $4 fee for non-residents of San Marino. There are two walk paths around the park, a tennis club, and a flower garden. Many of the trees and plants are labeled withere botanical name for visitors to exercise their neurons too.”

“Very nice place to hold our end of the season cross country picnic. Started the day with empty trash cans, clean restrooms and a fully loaded soap dispenser. The amphitheater provided plenty of tables and seating and was ideal for presenting awards and there were plenty of shade trees and grass for the kids to run around.”

“Marina Del Rey Christmas Boat Parade is why we went today. It is a very nice area for watching the boats decorated with Christmas lights, trees, inflatables, characters, elves, snowmen, carolers, etc. pass by as they loop around the Marina several times. This gives everyone an opportunity to find a good spot to take photographs. Parking was the hardest part of the evening because we arrived right at 6.p.m. when the show started. There were fireworks at 5:55 p.m. and events throughout the day. I am definitely happy to have visited the Marina today.”

“Great park to bring your kids. The playground this relatively new and because it's next to a hill, it gets nice shade for a good part of the day. The pool is a salt water pool so no stink of clorine. The pool staff is friendly and helpful. Thursdays they have a farmers market. The market is new so there's not that many vendors. But if you want to get something good to eat and bring your children to a nice park, this is the place to do it. My daughter like to sample the fruit while I shop for produce.”

“An amazing soccer field... free access. You can practice there even by yourself especially during the day hours since the field is almost empty. Well maintained and clean. Lovely location with mountains and nature surrounding the field.”

“Nice, large park with water fountain, poop bags, trash cans and agility props. There wasn't a lot of shade but I was there on an overcast day so I didn't mind. No grass to speak of but that makes it easier to pick up the poop and no worries about mud. Most of the dogs were not fixed but their owners were very friendly and courteous of other people and dogs. My dog had a good time and that's what's important.”
