“I lived here for a year. I really had no problems at all. Management is helpful. Whenever I needed something fixed it was fixed within a day or two. They allow pets for a monthly fee. It wasn’t noisy. The pool and hot tub are nice. I received all my packages. It’s super close to Santana row. The apartments are spacious. My unit had a washer and dryer in unit which isn’t usually the case, so that was a plus. There was a ton of storage space like a walk in closet and walk in pantry and extra cabinets in the hallway. The neighbors are friendly. I wish I hadn’t had to move out of this place since it was pretty great. I needed to be closer to SF which is why I left.”

“My roommate and I were looking for an apartment and we were enticed by the great reviews for Park Merridy. These reviews do not lie. Alma is the best. 😭She was so kind, understanding, and thoughtful throughout the whole apartment application experience. In the end, me and my roommate settled for a different apartment (for financial reasons). However if the opportunity arises, and I needed another apartment, I would not hesitate to apply for Park Merridy again. My only note is that some of their rooms run a little bit smaller than what you might expect. So be sure to tour the apartment before you sign your lease. Their one bedroom they showed me is very roomy, but their 2 bedroom (the bedrooms itself) seemed kind of cramped.”
