I didn't get the apartment, however Janet did accommodate my wife and my schedule by agreeing to meet us to show us the apartment late in the evening. As a customer service standpoint i felt she went above and beyond and we really appreciated that, something you don't get in business on a day to day basis. I.E. we basically got shoved out of the Tmobile store after upgrading a phone and spending $70 on accessories because it was the 9:00 "closing time".
