Their website allowed us to review available properties and had good pictures so we could get a feel for the property before submitting our application. Our stay at the apartment was pretty good, all the appliances were new and worked well, there was a fresh coat of paint on all the walls so the place like they has made efforts to prepare it nicely for our stay. The outside area around the property was kept up nicely during our entire stay. All the Golden Key representatives were very helpful and responsive and we would use them again if we needed a rental unit.”

Angela was great with follow-up and Christina took the time to check-in as the process went along. I did not end up renting here due to other circumstances, but after working with those 2 ladies, I'd highly consider giving them another shot. “I've been living in this apartment complex since June of last year and I have to say that my experience has been great. The neighbors are quiet, the facilities are always maintained (gym, pool, lounge, office), and the staff is very friendly (Natasha signed our lease with us. She is amazing and always helpful). Anytime I've needed maintenance on the apartment, someone has been out within 24 hours and the issue is resolved. On top of everything, the apartment complex is located in a great area. I go to UCR and this complex is only 10 minutes away. If I had to list a con it would be that the apartments are on the more expensive side; something to consider.”
