Going all the way back to 1980 when I was 5 years old, ever since then I've received them as birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, and just buying them on my own. The last pair was a Steve Caballero's Edition those lasted me a very long time. My new pair in these photos here are the new, Ortholite Edition these have extra support especially on your heals, their extremely lite and fit like a glove. Every other place I called was either too expensive and gave every excuse not be able to get the job done. I called this place and spoke to Nicole. She gave me instructions on how to expedite my order. This is two days before Christmas. Not only did they complete the order which looked amazing, they delivered it, Christmas eve, late at night! Who does that??? My niece had been going through a lot lately and if I could pull this off, it would make Christmas that much special! “This was a responsible Macy's and I felt at ease shopping here during this pandemic unlike what I observed at the Macy's near Broadway in Chula Vista (employees didn't wear masks properly and don't try to sanitize counters between customers). Hand sanitizers are placed near the doors where you have to touch two sets of doors to get in and out (wish they had an automatic door so we don't have to handle so many doors) and around the register. Employees I observed wore masks properly. I also observed employees at this location spraying down and wiping the counter and credit card machine after every customer before helping the next person. Thank you for the measures you take and training employees properly to do everything you can to ensure a safe shopping and working experience for everyone during these difficult times.”
