After multiple emissions failures and an expensive but pointless appointment with Fiat, the team (Ted, Rob, Kevin) were able to solve my O2 sensor problem. They were professional, helpful, and took the time to explain how to avoid this in the future after my car gets certain types of service that would cause the error to that I may avoid this hassle in the future. I had nearly given up hope and they solved it immediately- for free. If you are having weird issues getting a passing emissions test and your service center/dealer is unhelpful, go here.”

“Nobody really wants to go to a VA hospital or any hospital. That being said, this VA sets the bar high in all aspects. The staff is friendly and almost all the people I worked with enjoy their jobs and truly care about their patients. The facility itself is impressive. It doesn't feel like a stuffy old hospital. The main entrance area is an impressive sight to see. The tall entryway runs the length of the building and acts as a connection between all the buildings. There are historical displays in along the first floor giving you something more to see than just floor and wall. At first I was not willing to make the drive to Denver to go to this facility, but now that I experienced it, I will be more willing to make the drive in the future. The staff made what could have been a very rough day, a more tolerable experience. They have done well and I will recommend any vet who needs help, do not hesitate to seek help here. Just please help keep the facility nice.”
