Sharon, who answered the phone was very polite, professional, and gave me a ballpark estimate based on glass size. Scheduled appointment and Carl, their service representative, arrived on the date and time agreed upon. Carl was also very polite and professional, measured the window, and said I would receive a formal quotation that afternoon or first thing next morning. Received Email quotation that afternoon which was consistent with their original estimate. Called Sharon to schedule an appointment to get the repair done. Again, Carl arrived on the date and time agreed upon and handled the repair to my complete satisfaction. Of special note, Sharon called the day before my estimate appointment and repair appointment as a courtesy reminder. I highly recommend A&M Glass for any window repair.
