I received and appointment confirmation directly to my cell phone right after hanging up. They got me in same day and called to see if I could be available an hour earlier than anticipated. The tech, Jason, arrived and was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He gave me expert and sound advice and completed the work in a timely and very professional manner. “Great experience being that the other movers we had cancelled at the last minute and this company came in and saved the day. The leader of the move John was very professional and great at his job. His partner whom he had not worked with before or knew, was really bad. Slow and took time on such meaningless tasks that I continually told him not to worry about. (wrapping old furniture, showing me the truck's cleanliness, looking for doorway options). I get he wanted to do the job right, but he ignored everyone. I would recommend this company though. Better training needed in the future.”
