Lilly was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and the fact that they also spoke from personal experiences like personal preference, as well as their circle’s preferences for skates they like. I also got help with sizing, as every brand is different, and Lilly didn’t skip a beat with size knowledge. Not knowing my size was stressing me OUT but Lilly gave me the breakdown for it all. Lilly was also very personable, it felt like I was talking to an old friend with how easy it was to make conversation and get all of my questions answered while also being humans and laughing. SERIOUSLY got every one of them answered. I felt appreciated as a future customer because I certainly will be! Also, I found out toward the end of the call that it was JUST Lilly in the store, and I didn’t feel rushed one bit as I know everyone and their mother wants skates right now. Thank you SO much Lilly. “Love this place! Everyone loves Dutch Bros! Which is the only downside at times because they can be so busy and be a little slow. But its so worth it. All the drinks are amazing. I especially love the Freezes, chais, and Frosts. They also have smoothies, sodas, rebels, and all your classic coffees. They gave SO many flavors its crazy, you can get it however you want. And the prices are decent, much better than Starbucks, and the sizes too! The staff are super nice and friendly. Its very upbeat and has a great vibe. Its definitely a youthful place but people of all ages love it. All the locations are great no matter which one you go to. You’ve got to try it!”
