“I called Blackford on a whim after a quick Google search when I needed an urgent visit when our scale stopped working. They came out within 2 hours of placing my phone call. Anthony was amazing and quick with his analysis. He informed that we needed a new scale and explained in detail why it was needed. He then had a manager email me a quote for a new scale they could provide for us quickly. All of our veterinary vendors could not supply anything quickly (more than 5 days was quoted at 3 different locations). We decided to purchase this scale and it was shipped same day. We received it even before the day Blackford quoted. We had to borrow a scale from our sister clinic until the new one came in. Anthony came back later that day to calibrate that scale so it was accurate for our patients. This past Monday I called to schedule someone to come out this week to calibrate and level our new scale and was informed that someone would call me back to schedule. They were able to have a technician come out same day and get everything set-up for us. I have been amazed at the customer service I have received from this company. It is definitely something that I do not see enough of from the majority of companies out there today. It was a breath of fresh air!!”

“We have worked with Monica Lowrie from Wimmer on multiple occasions. Monica is always prompt, thorough, and incredibly helpful. She was at our door (and on our roof With supplies) within an hour of hail shattering through our skylights. With each roofing repair she explained everything that was going on with the project and helped guide us through the entire claim process with our insurance company. She explained ever step with accurate time lines and was able to diagnose and fix every problem we have had quickly and accurately. Every time Monica has been on our roof she has immediately texted me pictures with explanations of issues or damage. Even after the projects are completed Monica always is available for consultations and never ceases to go above and beyond. Of all the projects we have had done in the 10+ years of owning our home, Monica from Wimmer has provided the best customer service we have ever had. “My husband and I have a storage unit here and the management here is awesome. They have a great deal for first month’s rent and we have never ran into any problems with our unit or Thomas and Josie. Josie is very friendly on the phone when I call to pay my monthly storage rent and they keep the property very clean and appealing to the people coming in and out of the property to get into the units. “When you read so many bad review from a company it leaves a bad impression before you even get a chance to experience it yourself. However, I have to say that my experience was not all that bad. First time I called to try and schedule a delivery I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with a stereotypical bad customer service rep. Her tone and attitude came across defensive and that really set the tone for a bad experience. Second time around when I called the next day I spoke with a different rep and the experience was night and day. He took down my # so he could make sure to touch base the following day since the package hadn’t arrived yet. Day of delivery the driver was friendly and even offered to help carry the heavy package to my front door. My first experience dealing with this freight company started out on the wrong foot but was quickly turned around next day.”

“The best customer service and best hail repair in Colorado. If you live in CO and care about your vehicle, hail repair can be a yearly occurrence. It's time consuming, expensive and complicated to go through. Leverage made the process to easy. I brought in my new Ram 1500 Laramie. Hail sprayed my aluminum hood and dotted the roof which has panoramic glass. It was no issue for Leverage. Solomon is professional, courteous and simply the best at what he does.
