“When I asked around in the mountains where I live, where is the best place to get a new plow? I was pointed to Broadway Total Power and Bill as the best shop in Denver. Bill runs a tight ship and exceeded my expectations on my plow and the customer service at the shop was bar none the best. I called in the middle of winter during Christmas Break and they got me in a couple of days later for a same day install of a BOSS DXT plow on my Ram which is working phenomenal for heavy snows in Fairplay. Keep up the great work gentlemen you are the best! They are dog friendly also!”

“Very happy with the service I received from Highwood! Had to take my car here after someone put a good dent in my back, passenger side door. They communicated with my insurance on their own ensuring everything was in order. They asked if I was set up with a rental and I was, but I paid for it out of my pocket. Soon as they knew that, they got to work and finished a few days earlier than what was in their original quote. Loved the text message updates. I have never been more pleased in the service I received and went to him after I was quoted nearly $600 more at Pep Boys for a new water pump, timing belt and thermostat on my 2000 Camry. “IF you have a loved one who you can't see often or who is in some way confined (and let's face it, with the pandemic, we all have been confined) this product is a MUST HAVE. We bought it for my 95 year old Mother 2 years ago so that we could share pictures from our overseas travel with her. We uploaded pics every night and she said she felt like she was traveling with us. Her mobility has continued to decline, but the Nimbus Frame continues to enhance her living. She is now 97 and in an Assisted Living home about 30 minutes from our house. We share family pics, cat pics, garden pics, and pictures around anything she asks to see. Many of these are pics we've taken and uploaded, but the library available through Nimbus is full of great options. IF you're a photographer, this is a great way to share your art, and you can earn from each time a picture is added by one of us users, or you can offer your pics for free. Great options. Finally, not only is the product excellent, the service is beyond excellent. EVERY time I mess something up Tom is there by email and/or phone to help me straighten it out. The service group knows their customers aren't always the most tech savvy users and the support team folks are patient, thoroughly knowledgable, helpful, available "always" and make me feel "capable, heard and important". I don't know why these frames aren't automatic features in EVERY room in any assisted living facility, nursing home, or even retirement community. All other families/people can also benefit from and enjoy this marvelous product and service. Kudos Nimbus Frame, and THANK YOU from the very core of my being.”
