“When I first walked into Mile High barbell I had never touched a barbell before, I was very nervous since I really had no experience at all, Marguerite made me feel very comfortable and she took her time with me to teach me the movements. With time I was able to go from the training bar to the 35 lb bar and then started to add weight to it. With Marguerites help I've been able to feel very comfortable under the bar and keep learning at every class. Marguerite is a wonderful coach with so much knowledge and patience, so if you are looking to either start or improve your barbell skills she is the one to go to!!”

They have everything you could possibly expect or want on a breakfast menu and service is always great. We have just been getting takeout lately (thanks covid) and my dad picked it up and every one in our family (8ppl) including my grampa who doesn’t eat much any more all really dug into their food. I was just so impressed with how nice the food was packaged thoughtfully and neatly and it was just as hot and good as eating in. I really appreciate that. After discussing our dream kitchen he came up with a design and soon we were scheduling with provided contractors to start the remodel. The design exceeded our expectations and was far better than we could have imagined. I appreciated that the contractors provided us were vetted which took the guessing game out of that process. We knew we were working with reputable workers who had proven themselves to be talented and reliable. The schedule flowed well, with the only hiccup being the appliances running behind schedule, which had nothing to do with the work but rather the manufacturer delays due to the Covid-19 virus shut downs. Everyone also is really nice and friendly.Our school is diverse with different people around the world.There is also after school programs and activities to choose from. An example is robotics. We entered FLL this year for the Hydrodynamics 2017 Competition. We made it all the way to state. We will be going there on December 16.In my opinion Lotus improved a lot in these past years.I really improved myself too, emotionally and educationally here.Lotus School for Excellence is surely one of the best school in Colorado.☺”
