“Overall, I’ve had pretty good luck here, just be aware that manning shortages impact them just like everywhere else. Everyone seems to really try to do their best to help you and mean well. I’ve had a few specialty appointments, a procedure, as well as have gone to the ER a few times as well. It’s been clean every time I’ve been there. Not always super fast service but that’s military healthcare for you. You need to stay on top of them at times to call you back or do whatever followup action items are needed. I’ll agree with others that the pharmacy is ridiculously slow. So I fill my prescriptions elsewhere if I can.”
