I love the pre- and post-natal yoga! It has been so restorative for me and I love that I can bring my baby to class. I have also been able to participate in a blessingway ceremony that was even better and more beautiful than expected! I highly recommend Sweet Side Yoga!
Sweet Side Yoga is the most welcoming place to improve your yoga practice. Classes are generally smaller, and I have found it to be a studio where I can grow and practice without feeling intimidated. My absolute favorite classes are the family classes-teaching my toddler all about wellness, self care, and yoga is such a blessing. Family yoga is an awesome combination of movement, play, and music! Prenatal yoga at Sweet side has made my pregnancy a joy! I can't say enough good things about this studio.
I always LOVE the Yoga Nidra portion of the class - it’s quite relaxing...!! And I greatly appreciated the couple’s workshop during Valentine’s Day week. Wonderful.
Very enjoyable experience and great one on one! Great location and atmosphere. Highly recommend!
