  The owners make you feel as if they've been waiting for "you" to arrive. Your greeted with such a heart felt spirit of hospitality that you know you picked the right place. We had two experiences with airB&B during our trip that were aweful. So when we arrived exhausted and ready to find a hotel, Eric and his wife, opened their door to welcomed us like old friends and our cares drifted away. The home is left to their guests at night, but the owners up early ready to cook around their guests needs. The food was outstanding. We have stayed at a lot of B & B's over the years, with advertise gourmet food, their's surpassed them all. You'll be ready for a 10 mile hike before needing to stop and eat. Your provided with all the needs a guest could ask for. They will sit and help you plan out your days according to your individual needs. There is a true sense they want you to enjoy the place they call home. Last of all, Eric has a keen sense to help strangers sit at a table and "gather" together. His wife is full of such grace you can't help but enjoyed every minute of their company. We can honestly say we arrived strangers, but left as friends. It was a memorable time, one we will not forget.

  We loved our stay here. The home has a ton of character and Eric is a wonderful host and cook! His knowledge of the area and suggestions for places to see and do were spot on. Looking forward to visiting again.

  This is a cozy home with an interesting history. Eric and Caprissa are wonderful host and go out of their way to make sure you're having a relaxing, carefree stay. Breakfast was amazing and Eric's recommendations for local restaurants will never let you down. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Estes Park!

  Stayed in the gazebo. Had a great time. Eric was very helpful in places to go, eat, hike, etc. Breakfast was great. Gazebo was a fun experience. Very short drive (could walk) to the strip.

  The room was very clean, the food was fabulous. The most interesting part about my stay was the local history I learned. The house is an historic structure and the local history surrounding this house is very interesting. The owners are very knowledgeable so they can direct you to the best hiking spots and the good places to eat. If you like to stay in a house with history, this is the place for you. I will be going back again.
