She took her time to listen about the difficulties I was experiencing and then explained what to use and how to use it step by step to successfully replicate the look by myself at home the same way she did. After I purchased the products she recommended for me( 3 items yikes!) I went home and followed her steps. I was so seriously impressed! Not only did it work and looked just the same but it lasted 3 days! wow! Plus she wrote everything down for me, so I could remember exactly how to do it.
