Coach Carl is an amazing person with lots of skills, he knows how to encourage people, knows how to get people to work and do their best.
I lost more than 30 lbs, got rid of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cut my life insurance rate in half! Not to mention I just got into a great shape and don't shy to take off the shirt anymore,

Kids after school program is also great, I got 2 kids training and they love it. And the summer camp was a blast! Field trips every day, and lots of happiness. Will definitely do it again next school brake.

My friends and I just finished a self defense class here and we loved every moment of it. Carl, the instructor, was very informative and thorough with what he taught. We all left with the knowledge of new self defense techniques leaving us feeling more safe and confident! I even took a kickboxing class right after and it was so awesome that I signed up for more!
