“I went to this F45 while I was down in south Florida for the weekend. When my boyfriend and I went in we were greeted by the lead trainer, John. I just can’t say enough. His energy, his jumpsuit, his music choices, his constant motivation throughout the workout, and his ability to make that room his own for 45 minutes had me in shock. I wished I lived here just so I could go back and take more of his classes. The studio is beautiful and the workout was exactly what I am looking for in my strength training regimen. “This is the best place to practice in the area. Period. Coach Carl is an amazing person with lots of skills, he knows how to encourage people, knows how to get people to work and do their best. I lost more than 30 lbs, got rid of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cut my life insurance rate in half! Not to mention I just got into a great shape and don't shy to take off the shirt anymore, Join the morning class, you won't regret it! Kids after school program is also great, I got 2 kids training and they love it. And the summer camp was a blast! Field trips every day, and lots of happiness. Will definitely do it again next school brake. Highly recommended!”
