It’s a whole experience with music, lights, heat. The fact that they provide me with a clean mat and towels each class is a game changer. Classy operation. Highly recommend.

If you’re interested in trying out a class, I’d suggest stopping by on a Wednesday evening for a class with Brooke. I look forward to my Wednesday night workouts- Brooke is fantastic!

My husband and I really enjoy going to the flow and fiit45 classes. All the instructors are very informative and helpful. I love that they have towels, yogi toes, and mats that you can borrow for class also, definitely helps with the laundry load for the week! I tell everyone about this studio and how amazing it is! :)

The front desk staff are courteous and professional. Heather, Jef, Hayley, Chelly, Amber, and Paige are among the best I have ever had the pleasure to train or practice yoga with. 5 stars!

Love this studio! I’ve been to the other locations but when I moved in 2020 this location became my home base. The teachers and the front desk staff are all awesome. I take the yoga and the fit classes and I’m there almost every day! The fit class is a new one for me (wish I started sooner) the results from that class are so noticeable and it’s one of the best full body workouts. I’ll see you next week! Ps. Even the locker rooms are always nice and clean!
