(August 7, 2019, 1:00 pm)I am so glad that I have found this type of workout again! I used to do kickboxing in High School and college and stopped going when the Studio I took them at closed. On a whim, Ibought a Groupon for ILKB and I fell in love at the initial class. I signed up that night and have been attending 3-4 classes a week since then!! I look forward to going to class and working out which hasn't happened in YEARS! Thanks to all the amazing instructors that are so motivating and personable! It really feels like a family!! Give them a try- You won't regret it!!!
(August 7, 2019, 12:09 pm)I love this place! All the instructors are awesome, super friendly and make you feel comfortable while working out no matter what your fitness level is. I finally found something that I love and is keeping my interest. I burn a minimum of 500 active calories each class(according to my apple watch) I definitely feel stronger and have noticed a difference in my back & thighs. I've been at it for 1 & 1/2 months and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon.

(February 12, 2019, 9:09 am)ILoveKickboxing is the best decision I’ve ever made for myself! I feel happier and stronger each class I take! The staff is beyond motivational and helpful. I would recommend this class to anyone! I can’t belive how clean the studio is!

(October 30, 2018, 11:53 am)I love kickboxing of Pompano Beach. I love the staff they are wonderful with instruction and motivation! They will Push you to the best of YOUR abilities. I have felt so much better throughout the days since I started 2 weeks ago and I have decided it was time for me to start pushing myself to be better. I love kick boxing of Pompano Beach is the place for me to start my journey with a healthier lifestyle. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly and very good!
(October 26, 2018, 9:48 am)I have been working out at iLoveKickboxing for a few months now and they have helped me take my fitness to a new level. As a former personal trainer I always had the ability to push my clients and push myself in my own workouts. The trainers help push me beyond my limits to get results. They explain the combinations well and make sure you understand the punches/kicks. The studio is clean and well maintained. The music is motivating and the trainers always have a smile on their face. The classes get me out of bed at 5am and they I feel energized throughout the entire day! Thank you team! - Justin
