“Fabulous people, fabulous work and expert professionals! We received a notice from our boat manufacturer (Bali) that structural reinforcements were necessary to ensure the hull's integrity. We contacted Enzo Menetrier at Multitech who was able to quickly schedule our visit and arranged immediate inspection and ultimately repairs. The work was overseen by Antoine who was friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way as the work was completed. While in port we also had some electrical work completed (supervised by Rudy), and he had his best technician help us out. From the concierge (Julie & Amanda) to the project management (Enzo) to the execution (Antoine and Rudy) the service was top notch! The people and work was GREAT. My only quibble was that we were charged $128 per day to be at the Multitech dock while Multitech was doing the work. We've had occasion to have work done on this boat in Southwest Harbor Maine, Annapolis Maryland, Norfolk Virginia and Charleston South Carolina and (with prior boats) in Marina del Rey California -- this was the first time the vendor charged me to be at THEIR dock while THEY performed the work (maybe it's a Florida thing?).”

“We were looking for a local place to have lunch before flying home to Wisconsin and found Li’l Reds. Honestly, we weren’t sure if it was open when pulling in the lot due to the sign not being on but walked in anyway. We were happy we did. Our waitress was outstanding!! So friendly and helpful with the menu. We had homemade Lentil soup that was so good. Sandwiches and Ribs were really good. We all left happy and full. They were decorated for Halloween. Definitely go here for any meal.”

“We had an incredible experience. From booking to docking at the end of the day everything was professional and friendly. Captain Dan welcomed us as we arrived and adapted our experience based on our wishes. We had the opportunity to learn and participate in sailing. The booking experience is very flexible and easy. On the day prior to our charter the weather forecast became unusual for the time of year. The Captain offered some alternatives to ensure that we would have no bad weather and accommodated our request with ease. We look forward to our next charter with A Day on the Water.”
