“After only 2 mos, my husband's hearing aids went missing. They are NOWHERE to be found. UP and walked away. I called to cx an appt with Dr. Sims for a f/u visit because, no hearing aids. Their office offers a one time replacement at a HUGE reduction for just this type of situation. I accepted, but wanted to wait till after the holidays for financial reasons. They offered us a 'loaner' pair at no charge so my husband would not miss out on any of the fun and shenanigans that come with big family celebrations. This office is very convenient and has always gone more than the proverbial 'extra mile' to accommodate their clients. I would recommend them highly.”
