Ana N was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help me. Her supervisor as well made sure I was helped through the whole process. This was the easiest and most convenient visit I have ever had. Everyone always says negative things but honestly the amount of smiles and help I received from them was amazing. Thank you!!!

My wife and I had the best experience at the Brandon Tax Collectors Office. We drove 8 hours from Georgia, hit some traffic and were running late so missed our appointment time. They graciously saw us anyway and were so friendly and helpful. Michelle and Stephanie are an asset to the organization! They made a long, stressful day end on a positive note.

It was super easy for my mom to make an appointment online and then the online check in was great and simple to use.
There was a bit of a wait but thanks to then online check in we always knew where we were in the queue.
Our representative was super helpful and did his best, asking his colleagues questions on how to best help us when he did not understand how to help us. He made things as quick as possible.

Overall a wonderful experience

It was an exceptional experience today. I made an appointment online for 10:30am and arrived 20 minutes early, and was greeted by the front door concierge that instructed me on check in options. I sat down and checked in via the email link provided in the appointment conformation. With in 2 minutes I was called up and completed my renewal in less the 15 minutes.
