There was a bit of a wait but thanks to then online check in we always knew where we were in the queue. Our representative was super helpful and did his best, asking his colleagues questions on how to best help us when he did not understand how to help us. He made things as quick as possible. “I have a broken pipe that was a really bad leak, coming from under concrete. I guess my neighbors called roughly 2 weeks ago. She called and it still wasn't fixed and one guy from City came out but did nothing. Tonight I called the county because I thought the broken pipe was from them, however the fabulous staff transferred me over to the city right away and I am very grateful to the staff at the county and the City. They came out about 15 minutes after I called and are going to fix it (hopefully), I just wanted to take some time to tell you great job Staff at County and City again, for the speedy response. “So this address 350 took me to the wrong location. It’s up a little farther by the Pet Resource Center. The lady at the weigh station was so nice. It was pretty easy place to navigate. I was able to ask random people where to go and what to do. It’s just giant piles that are organized well and you just pull up and dump your yard waste. I also noticed a sign saying you can free mulch if you’re a Hillsborough county resident. I don’t know if that’s an always available thing, but it was today! So you weigh in, weigh out and you’re on your way. The facility is clean and pretty easy to navigate.”
