Executive Car Rental

I would like to thank Maya, she was a very nice and helped me book a car rental for me and my children as I was facing some difficulties! She went above and beyond to make sure we were suitable right away! Very professional well mannered and welcoming! Thanks to her are trip to Tampa was a trip to remember! Thank you 😊

We had a great experience with our first time renting with Executive. Maya saved the day for our family after a not so great experience with another car rental company. On the spot, she got us all set up with the mini van and car seats we needed. She was polite and professional and sweet with our kiddos, who were ready to finally get out of the airport and go! She even took the time to help us with the car seat installation and get the a/c running so it was nice and cool for us newbies to the FL heat. The van was clean and ran great, easy rental and return. Great experience!

Maya at Executive Car Rental is THE BEST. I will go back to Executive just because of her. She helped my husband and two kiddos while I was working. She provided them with two car seats and a safe vehicle after their original car (at another company) was not available. After our long trip with two toddlers I left my new iPhone in the car. I didn't realize it until I was boarding for my flight. Maya got the phone and personally took it to UPS and shipped it back to me. I am so thankful for her, she went above and beyond. This is the best customer service I have ever received! Thank you Maya!

Maya at Executive Car Rental made my entire vacation experience special from the start. If I could give Maya 6 stars I would. Everything went great, and Maya really helped my family and I get the perfect car at a fair price. Maya was helpful, so considerate, and really communicated with us. Thank you again!

I’d like to start off by saying that the Executive counter representative, Maya, was excellent! She was the only staff at the counter, but there wasn’t a line so I didn’t mind. She said she had worked all day by herself, and that it had been very busy, but she still had a very pleasant attitude. The paperwork, etc. does take some time and I wish that weren’t the case when renting a car, but this is to be expected. Maya was kind enough to walk my daughter and I downstairs to get the car and send us on our way! (I did noticed there were no other Executive representatives in the car pick up area.) I’d most likely give it 5 stars if the Executive car rental company had more staff on duty to accommodate and handle a busy spring break. Kudos to Maya though!
