(January 7, 2021, 12:29 pm)Stopped in late last night for a Car Rental from Thrifty which Hertz handles. I am going to tell you I was super impressed with the team that helped up. People of course are impatient by nature and especially at 11:30 at night. The gal, Sandra if I recall correctly and Mr. Red Hair :) were very accommodating. Thank you both for the wonderful service.
(December 29, 2020, 12:01 pm)Even with COVID going on and everyone flying down to Florida for the holidays, the staff was very helpful and didn’t let their frustrations show. Even the manager on duty was doing his best to run around and fill every position he could to save time for the customers. It’s the people that need to learn patience.
